How to make Protein salad recipe
The essential things for making protein salad are as follows:-
Black gram, Green Mung bean, Paneer(or cottage cheese), Onion, tomato, cucumber, Roasted Peanut Green Chilli Black Salt Lemon Cumin Powder
1. First of all, keep black gram and green mung in a vessel according to your quantity before going to sleep at night and add water to it, the amount of water should more.
2. The next morning, drain the water from the pot, now only black gram and green mung will remain in the pot.
3. Now roast the peanuts on the GRIDDLE.
4. In this step, you cut the cheese into small pieces and put all three things (black gram, green mung, and paneer) in the same pot
5. After that cut the onion, tomato coriander, cucumber, and green chilies into small pieces according to your quantity.
6. After doing all these things, mix them in the same vessel
7. After mixing, add black salt and cumin powder according to your quantity
8. At last add lemon juice according to your quantity
9. Now your recipe is ready, you can eat it
10. Pay attention, you should eat it in the morning, it is beneficial for health.
