1*. Avoid Protein
What is creatine?

5*. Avoid High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure causes damage to our kidneys even if you are a patient of diabetic nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, polycystic kidney disease, etc. Therefore it is very important to control your blood pressure as it can damage your kidneys up to 40%.
6*. Avoid Salt
We all know that taking salt increases the blood pressure, as well as the amount of sodium in the body, also increases, so if you have to take rock salt then take only a pinch of it.
7*. Avoid Caffeine
Nowadays everyone consumes caffeine in some form or the other. Cold drinks and coffee are high in caffeine and a high intake of caffeine increases blood pressure, which increases the chances of kidney damage, so caffeine content should not be consumed at all.
8*. Avoid Sugar
Just as blood pressure is a very big reason for kidney failure, also sugar is one of the very big reasons for kidney failure.
When your sugar level crosses 180, your kidneys start functioning differently. In this process, the kidney excretes sugar from our body, but it has to work more due to which the kidneys start working very slow due to which the level of creatinine starts to increase, so sugar level should be controlled.
9*. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
When your kidneys are functioning less So not only creatinine and urea also other waste materials quantities increase in our body. And along with creatinine and urea in our body, the acid also gets collected. And acid reduces the ph of our blood, making it acidic, which causes more damage to the kidneys, this condition is called metabolic acidosis so the creatinine level starts increasing rapidly so to neutralize the acid, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is used, so you should consume it, which reduces metabolic acid.

1*.if your creatinine level is 1.5 then 75% of kidneys are working but 25% kidneys are failed.
2*.if your creatinine level is 2 then 50% of kidneys are working and 50% kidneys are failed.
3*.if your creatinine level is 3.5 then 25% kidneys are working normally but 75% kidneys are failed.
4*.if your creatinine level is 5 then only 10% of kidneys are working but your 90% kidneys are failed.
5*.if your creatinine level is 6 to 8 then only 5% kidneys are working which means your 95% kidneys are failed.
