1 cup of sugar.|Clarified Butter(Liquid Butter) for frying|
Method:
*1*. Cut the sides of the bread slices and grind them lengthwise.
*2*. Fry the bread pieces in hot Clarified Butter(Liquid Butter) until lightly golden.
*3*. Make a thin syrup by adding half a cup of water to a cup of sugar. Let the fried bread slices sit in the hot syrup for a while.
*4*. Now place bread slices on a plate. Then Spread a thin layer of jam over it. Then add chopped nuts and raisins.
*5*. Put another piece of bread, apply jam and nuts on it too. In this way, keep 4 or 6 pieces and cover it with cream on all four sides.
*6*. Put fried nuts and raisins on top and keep them in the fridge for some time. Remove from the refrigerator and now your #Bread-Pastry is ready to serve.
