 Do you know that human being has one of the most valuable tool which we know as our brain but there is a flaw in this tool and that is if it is a little sad, it gets deluded and if it is happy, it gets deluded. Meaning maximum time it's deluded and this becomes the cause of everyone's biggest troubles.  But there is a meditation to prevent this from being deluded, which is called as Transcendental Meditation. So let's know how our mind delude and then know how this monkey mind can be calmed with the help of transcendental meditation.

Therefore, first of all, if we talk about the delusion of our mind, then whenever anything happens to us, even if it is on a mental level. And second biggest advantage of doing this transcendental meditation is that your mind always wants to trap you, but it will no longer be able to trap you. And the third advantage is that now you become happy and enjoying yourself.

 Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation, had said that the effect of Transcendental Meditation is immediate.
