The habit was not to live like a dead. It sounds a bit strange but it is true that most people live like this and you may also be included in these people. Now the question will be in your mind that how. Let's understand. Every day you get 24 hours. In these 24 hours there is day, there is night, there is morning, there is evening.

I want to ask you did you see the rising sun yesterday or the setting sun? Did you see the clouds in the sky yesterday, or the stars? Did you feel the sun shine on your body yesterday? The answer for most people would be no, I want to tell you that Gautam Buddha and his bhikkhus(mendicant) did not have any such day. When they did not see the rising sun or the setting sun, But here, when the sun comes on the head, then people get up. They don't even realise how morning, evening, night, afternoon, passes.

And then they say that there is stress in their life and find a way to get rid of the stress. I want to tell you that something special in that rising sun, so even an enlightened person cannot stop himself from seeing it. Our body is like a machine and there are some rules to operate a machine. There are also some rules to run this body too but most of the people are unaware of those rules. There is a rule to run our body which is called discipline. And we consider it a negative word. Many people say that discipline takes away our freedom. If you also think like this, then you do not even know what is discipline. This whole universe runs with discipline, and everything in this universe happens on time. If this universe abandons discipline in its pursuit of freedom, no creature will survive.

So when this endless universe cannot run without discipline, how can this small body go on without discipline?

We say that what I will eat the food after 2 hours. But if someday this universe say that today I will rise sun after 2 hours, you cannot even imagine what will happen because there will be nothing left to think about. So if you have sorrow stress, and problems in your life. It means you don't know how to use this machine(our body).

So the solution to every problem is not meditation but discipline because without discipline one can't even meditate. You will meditate one day and leave the other day because you do not have discipline. Now being disciplined does not mean getting up early in the morning. Eat food on time. Most people make this mistake. They start doing things that should happen automatically. If you try and get up early in the morning, the miracle will not happen. The miracle will happen when your eyes automatically open in the morning. If you do anything forcefully. So no use doing it.

So now what you have to do is, you don't have to worry about having food on time. You don't have to forcefully try to get up early in the morning. Rather, physical work has to be done on time.

If you do body exercise or yoga, then you will automatically feel hungry on time, you will not have to eat forcefully. Similarly if you give yourself good food then you will sleep on time and you will wake up on time, there is much more to say but I am giving you a list, read it carefully if you follow these things then you can discipline yourself.

       Doing yoga or workout first.

      Second, eating the right food, giving nutritious food to the body and giving the right information to the mind

       Third, using will power.

       Fourth Understanding the correct sitting, lying, and walking position.

The waist should be straight while sitting the body should be relaxed while lying down there should be synergy between both the legs while walking.

       Fifth keep distance from negative people and connect with positive people.

       Sixth understand the right way and the right amount of drinking water.

       Seventh: Avoid going in excess of anything.

       Eighth do meditation every day.

Discipline is essential to fully experience this life.
