thousands of thoughts keep coming to our mind every day, Some of them stay for few moments just like the bubbles in the water, while some of them stay for long time and we keep thinking about them for hours.
Due to every thought, there is a
special biochemical reaction in our brain, due to which different types of
chemical messengers are formed in our brain. And because of the chemical
messengers generated by bad thoughts, bad feelings like fear, anger, and resentment
arises, such chemical messengers deepen or exacerbate our negative thoughts.
When we think of something good, then such hormones are released from our brain
which makes us feel happy and gives a good mood.
Let's understand it with an example:
Suppose you have made up your mind to
bake a cake, if you think in your mind that how will my cake will look like,
then it will inspire you to work, but when you start thinking that I will have
to do a lot of work to making my cake.
When you thought like this then you will
not have any interest in making cake. But if you think that it will be a lot of
fun to eat the cake and feed it to others, then you will be ready to make the
cake immediately.
That is, each thought is associated with a particular type of behavior.
Thoughts that stay for long time can also change a person's behavior. How we look at life, it is decided by our thinking. But it is also true that if you are feeling the lack of inspiration in life, then many things have a hand in it too. Similarly, if you often feel yourself energetic, then many things or thoughts have a hand in that too.
