Lets Start...
Mindfulness means awareness
That is, to be aware of anything, to be aware or to be more sensitive about your present.
1. The efforts made by you
which keep your mind, body and feelings in the very moment where you are, in
simple words, being in the present is called mindfulness.
2. Whenever we are eating
something like suppose that you are eating a piece of apple, when you are eating
a piece of it, then your attention is engaged on cutting the other piece, and
when you are eating another piece then your attention is attention is engaged
on cutting the third piece, in this way you eat the whole apple and you do not
even know, so when you are eating a piece of apple, your entire attention
should be on that piece, how long you have kept it in your mouth. Chewed and
when swallowed it.
3. To see the situation as
it is
4. Let me tell you that
staying mindful is as important as breathing, eating, sleeping, you will know
that the most deadly diseases which are the root of all other diseases are
anxiety, depression, it does not come suddenly, it takes its time and then
later it takes a terrible form.
5. Being with yourself,
spending time with yourself. Now these things do not mean that you should not
stay with your children or feel compelled to take out time for yourself. Meaning,
if you are not able to find time for yourself, then wherever you are with
whomever you are, look at the same time as if this time is also yours.
"The Sutra of
Mindfulness"
6. When walking, you must be conscious that you are walking. When sitting, you must be conscious that you are sitting. When lying down, you must be conscious that you are lying down, no matter what position your body is in, you must be conscious of that position.

7. The positions of one's
body is not enough, We must be conscious of each breath, each movement, every
thought and feeling, everything which has any relation or related to ourselves.
8.Counting
your breath As you breathe in, count 1 in your mind, and as you breathe out,
count 1. Breathe in, count 2. Breathe out, count 2. Continue through 10, then
return to 1 again.
9. This
counting is more or something like a string which attaches your mindfulness to your breath.
In those moments when you are feeling very upset or dispersed and find it difficult to practice mindfulness, return to your breath.

breath is the bridge from our body to our mind, it is the element which
