1. Definition of satipatthana meditation or what is it?

Four different grounds of satipatthana vipassana meditation:-
1.kayanupassana meditation
The seekers of Satipatthana meditation do every act of their body with being aware.
2.Vedananupassna meditation
At the time of experiencing happiness and sorrow etc. The seeker is constantly aware of them and then they act on it. They are not the Slave of happiness or sorrow. Happiness and sorrow can't affect them.
3. Chittanupasana meditation
If raga, malice, infatuation, or any feelings arises in the mind then vipassana seekers immediately become aware. by being aware, those feelings themselves get destroyed.
4.dhammanupassana meditation
Due to the continuous awareness of the vipassana seeker, unskilled mind-circles, such as sexuality, malevolence, etc., automatically disappear. And faith, semen, memory, Samadhi, Pragya, etc. skill instincts increases.
Satipatthana Meditation complete Guide(Unique Technique)
The posture in which the seeker can sit for a long time or without pain is right for him because putting one foot on the other leg creates heat due to pressure. Therefore, if both legs are kept slightly apart, seating is convenient.
Beginning of the Practice::
The seeker has to concentrate on his breathing actions. Or breathing causes the stomach upward and goes down when you breathe out. You have to focus on this. If you are not able to feel when the stomach goes up and when it goes down. So by placing one hand or both hands on the stomach, the action gets clear to you. Or the feeling of the rising stomach upward and going stomach downwards both feelings will become easier for you to do. Keep in mind that you do not have to take breath fastly because this will make you tired quickly. Therefore, the speed of your breath should be normal.
If any an idea comes in your mind, then you don't have to panic Just you have to see that idea in your mind and, it will destroy by Just seeing. for example, Suppose you are focusing on breathing or focusing on the abdomen when it goes up and down, and at the same time if any imagination comes in your mind then note it in your mind.
